Welcome to our latest blog post where we’ll be exploring the new features and updates that have been introduced in the 1.17 release. In this release, we have put our focus on making the mass convert feature even more useful for our users. We have made a number of changes to the feature, including the addition of a new mass convert setting which groups leads by email domain. These changes are designed to increase your productivity and help you get even more out of our platform. So, let’s dive in and take a closer look at these new features!
Mass Convert Setting
In the new setting you have the option to set your default choice for creating Opportunity records. Additionally, the upcoming section shows the lead record grouping. Previously, the system used to group lead records with a potentially shared account only by company name. However, we have now introduced an option to group leads based on their email domain. This feature can be helpful when uploading leads to Salesforce without company information.
Mass Convert Screen
On the mass convert screen, you can now group leads by the same company name or email domain. In the example below, we have four leads: two with the same company name and two with the same email domains. You can select quick actions:
- Create a new account for each lead.
- Create one account and assign leads to it.
- Choose an existing account for leads.
In our example, we selected the option to create one account and assign leads. When you select this option, the system will ask you for the account name you want to create.
Also you can now change a company name in the leads table.
